At Schleich.Org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
